The property is expansive, the staff welcoming.
The pools are expansive and plenty of comfortable spaces.
The pools are cooler then you'd expect for hot typical 100+ degree temperatures.
They must have some sort of cooling system!
The casino is easy to navigate, and the best slots no download amazing!
They'll split your dishes, because the portions are large!

There is is coffee cafe where they have donuts, pastries, and of course good coffee.

Lol Overall this is a customer friendly hotel.
Forget about the buffet, don't think about waiting in line for up to an hour or more on a Sunday either!
Whenever we entertain out of town guests they always seem to want to visit the local casino buffet thinking the food and ambiance favors Las Vegas.
Well, sadly, even close to our home, this buffet has not only decreased in size having gone through a recent renovation, the food quality has suffered as most items in my opinion are either over cooked or in the case of the rubber chicken, undercooked.
Management of this buffet is snippy, unprofessional and downright rude and abrupt.
Unless you're a black card member the one morbidly obese manager will not give you any attention whatsoever.
You can complain to the hotel GM yet you're wasting your time as their false promises to have the buffet management contact you are yep, false.
They don't appear to care so we've taken our business elsewhere with our guests.
Many other locals like us share our concerns yet this casino could care less at what us locals think as the casino profits more with the tourists.
On one last attempt to patronize the buffet we ventured to the steakhouse for Sunday brunch instead.
We were overwhelmed with the attentive service and the well planned and executed menu choices.
A far cry from the hustle and bustle of the once beloved buffet.
Our server and the support staff assured us we'd enjoy our brunch and by golly we did.
The steakhouse brunch exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.
A tad bit pricey but competitive for the valley.

I am an Uber fan of room service it's a shame so many of my favorite casinos in so cal have either eliminated this perk or bastardized it so much they need to eliminate it.

I know oftentimes people including myself often give a compliment to their casino host but I like to thank day-to-day staff.
They are the true representation of every business.
Also arrived late long drive and requested a room near the elevator.
They didn't have one available so I was placed in a disabled room.
First, I wish I had gotten his name, but then I thought, why would you charge a person with a disability more money for a accessible room?
He was very nice too.
But the policy, hmmmm, I think you need to rethink that.
However, l really liked the grip bars in the bathroom and a toilet that was a normal height.
The bad- not enough variety of machines, and way way way too tight.

My clothes smelled like smoke when I got back to the room.
Me and my sister and mom finished staying at this hotel.
Our room was two queen bed non smoking room.
We enjoyed the pool, and ate food in our room.
We also enjoyed doing bubble bath at the big bath tub inside the bath room.
The shower room was large and the water came out nicely, and the sink water became hot quickly.
There were couple of restaurants at the casino area, but I haven't tried all the restaurant.
We just tried the buffet, which I will write about later.
Overall, it was a best slots at agua caliente hotel and I wouldn't mind coming back again.
Staff was disorganized and confused.
I booked a room for a friend and they botched it badly.
Despite having my credit card, taking my payment, credit card authorization and ID card, they would not let my friend check in for over 2 and a half hours.
The front desk staff made him wait in the lobby.
The manager said she followed "protocol" when all all protocols were followed as described by staff.
The manager offered a free late check out as an apology.
Why would we want to stay an hour later at a hotel that treated us poorly?

The staff was very friendly and attentive.
The rooms are king size and the bathroom is beautiful.
That weird scent of blood and cleaner, it reeks in here of it.
No Buffalo Max, Diamond, not even Buffalo Gold Wonder 4.
It was the worst time outside of The Orleans in Vegas I've ever had at a casino, and my first time here!
No matter how much you tapped them on different sections of the screen, didn't work.
What was there was decent tasting, and two of the desserts that were out in the open were good, but there was an entire section of desserts closed off that someone had to help you with.
Who that someone is I'll never know because no one was stationed there.
Needless to say, but we won't be coming back, threw our players cards in the trash on the way out.

Located inside the Agua Caliente Casino, their new Lounge is warm and cozy and has an outside patio.
PIVAT has a wide selection of top shelf liquors and cigars.
There is a walk in humidor with an entire wall of cigar choices.
Their friendly staff have been educated if you need help finding the perfect pairing.
A short drive from Los Angeles, Agua Caliente is a great GETAWAY destination!

Most of the slot machines are old and there's a very limited selection of slot machines.
If you like table games, those weren't available either as they only had 2 blackjack tables open.
The casino was dreary and dull.
It was so miserable I had to come back to my room.
I'd actually rather drive back to San Diego than stay the night here.
Terrible vacation all around and we'll never be coming back.

The staff was REALLY nice and were on top of things - And I really do mean ON TOP OF THINGS!
At every instance where we needed assistance, they were at the ready to help us solve it.
We had some technical difficulty setting up the projector, Jerry from entertainment came in a check if we were doing okay.
The the door kept on closing while we had it opened this was due to electrical maintenance work being done down the hall.

Just absolutely AMAZING food.
At the time, they were serving Mexican food.

I would give this place 6 stars if I could for their service and their food as I felt that they went over and beyond my expectations.
I best games for android tablet 4 2 2 speak for anything else that they offer, but from my experience, I was more than satisfied.
However, for the Agua Caliente PR, I do have a suggestion.
In the parking lot when walking from the main entrance towards the surface parking lot, there were a number of cars speeding down towards the parking structure pass the pedestrian crosswalk on the property if you need more clarification, feel free to send me a message and I can send you a photo of the area I am referring to.
We almost got knocked down by an SUV.
I understand this may be out of the control of the establishment, but it would be great to see if there are measures to slow down traffic in that area.
Perhaps stop signs or blinking lights or speed bumps.
I live but seven miles from this casino which is good since they have some good venues.
On cinco de Mayo we saw Gabrielle Iglesias.
It was a great show.
Love the seating and the helpfulness of the ushers.
I even won a couple of bucks in the casino.
The only thing I think that needs improving is the food situation.
It would be nice to have other restaurant choices.
That said I like this place.
This is probably one of the best casinos I've been too; out of California, Vegas and Laughlin!
People can smoke in the casino but unless you walk right by someone smoking you can't smell the smoke; I am very sensitive to smoke asthma and I was fine!!!

Their air filtration system must be top of the line!
Also the slot machines are pretty easy to use and win for a newbie gambler like me!
Only downside was that the dealers at the tables changed like every 15 minutes and it can definitely cool you down if you're hot!
So maybe leave the table before they switch!

I went there for vacation in january and ive been fuming at the lack of any "give-a-crap" from any of their staff for my stolen items.
Their lax security lets in all the shifty street people that are clearly NOT there to gamble.
I had to fend for my bag shopping bag with tshirt and a sticker off from would be thieves that was bad enough.

So we are paying 389 to just gamble more money away not even be able to enjoy the pool until after we get a room which at this point we don't even know when that is and expect me to check out at 11am.
Poor customer service more like lack of customer service.
Just ridiculous and machines are super tight don't give up any kind of bonus or money.
Just really sad that I'm sitting here waiting for a room for us to be ready and I see people coming in and checking in and getting rooms but for some reason our room is not available still mind blowing and makes no sense to me.
Next time will stick to Morongo at least there they give us a room or at least offer us baggage check and pool key so we can enjoy the pool all day long and not after 5pm the way this rate is going to get a room Update: near 5pm and still not in a room???

I was a little reluctant to stay at Aqua CCRS because I am not into what the usual reasons assumed for a casino stay: drink not for mesmoke not for megamble not really into.

The conveniently located elevators just paces away from high end shops, a hip steak house, a casual cafe, lobby and casino area which led us to a very nice and spacious room simple but good furnishings, comfy beds, super comfy robes hanging in contemporary closet complete.
The bathroom was spacious, separate area for potty, a nice glass enclosed shower, and a deep round tub awkwardly squeezed into corner, which made it very awkward to actually get in, Small inoperable TV on opposite sink wall.
ACCRS is undergoing an upgrade Dec '18 onward so literally the day after we checked in the steak house was torn up.
Probably a good idea to contact hotel prior to stay for accurate update on what area s are being renovated.
Even with renovation in-progress, there are a lot of things to do or not.
After our stay in a nice room, good room service, a tub to soak in, great views of the desert and mountains, a nice casino and spa experience.

The pools are expansive and plenty of comfortable spaces.
The pools are cooler then you'd expect for hot typical 100+ degree temperatures.

The casino is easy to navigate, and the food amazing!
They'll split your dishes, because the portions are large!
The Sports Bar a great tweener for a quick bite, or for any meal.
All food is really good at any of the restaurants, including the one buffet!
There is is coffee cafe where they have donuts, pastries, and of course good coffee.
Rooms are spacious and well maintained.
Kurig coffee, a mini refrigerator, a safe, and Tv in the bathroom, too!
Lol Overall this is a customer friendly hotel.

Whenever we entertain out of town guests they always seem to want to visit the local casino buffet thinking the food and ambiance favors Las Vegas.
Well, sadly, even close to our home, this buffet has not only decreased in size having gone through a recent renovation, the food quality has suffered as most items in my opinion are either over cooked or in the case of the rubber chicken, undercooked.
Management of this buffet is snippy, unprofessional and downright rude and abrupt.
Unless you're a black card member the one morbidly obese manager will not give you any attention whatsoever.
You can complain to the hotel GM yet you're wasting your time as their false promises to have the buffet management contact you are yep, false.
They don't appear to care so we've taken our business elsewhere with our guests.
Many other locals like us share our concerns yet this casino could care less at what us locals think as the casino profits more with the tourists.
On one last attempt to patronize the buffet we ventured to the steakhouse for Sunday brunch instead.
We were overwhelmed with the attentive service and the well planned and executed menu choices.
A far cry from the hustle and bustle of the once beloved buffet.
Our server and the support staff assured us we'd enjoy our brunch and by golly we did.
The steakhouse brunch exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.
A tad bit pricey but competitive for the valley.

Good- ROOM SERVICE, yep I said it.
I am an Uber fan of room service it's a shame so many of my favorite casinos in so cal have either eliminated this perk or bastardized it so much they need to eliminate it.
I typically place a huge order and graze throughout the day.
Oh and did I say I am picky?
First, I know RS food will be delivered warm at best, we'll not here.
Poached eggs, came perfect, lots of gooey yellow runny I-need-a-spoon yumminess.

Don't even think about serving me limp toast.
They were perfect too.
I could go on,about the delicious steak, salad, pancakes, sliders.
THANK YOU to the cook Antonio - my order was perfect, the cashier, Sharon, I know I had some strange quirks but you took my order exactly as I requested, and Roberto - well your cheerful delivery and attitude was exactly what I needed after a depressing night of gambling.
I know oftentimes people including myself often give a best slots at agua caliente to their casino host but I like to thank day-to-day staff.
They are the true representation of every business.
Also arrived late long drive and requested a room near the elevator.
They didn't have one available so I was placed in a disabled room.

Our room was two queen bed non smoking room.
We enjoyed the pool, and ate food in our room.
We also enjoyed doing bubble bath at the big bath tub inside the bath room.
The shower room was large and the water came out nicely, and the sink water became hot quickly.
There were couple of restaurants at the casino area, but I haven't tried all the restaurant.
We just tried the buffet, which I will write about later.
Overall, it was a nice hotel and I wouldn't mind coming back again.

Staff was disorganized and confused.
I booked a room for a friend and they botched it badly.
Despite having my credit card, taking my payment, credit card authorization and ID card, they would not let my friend check in for over 2 and a half hours.
The front desk staff made him wait in the lobby.
The manager said she followed "protocol" when all all protocols were followed as described by staff.
The manager offered a free late check out as an apology.
Why would we want to stay an hour later at a hotel that treated us poorly?
Do better for your clientele.

No Buffalo Max, Diamond, not even Buffalo Gold Wonder 4.
It was the worst time outside of The Orleans in Vegas I've ever had at a casino, and my first time here!
No matter how much you tapped them on different sections of the screen, didn't work.
What was there was decent tasting, and two of the desserts that were out in the open were good, but there was an entire section of desserts closed off that someone had to help you with.
Who that someone is I'll never know because no one was stationed there.
Needless to say, but we won't be coming back, threw our players cards in the trash on the way out.

Located inside the Agua Caliente Casino, their new Lounge is warm and cozy and has an outside patio.
PIVAT has a wide selection of top shelf liquors and cigars.
There is a walk in humidor with an entire wall of cigar choices.
I saw Penn and Teller's Magic Show and walked over to the PIVAT Lounge.
Their friendly staff have been educated if you need help finding the perfect pairing.
A short drive from Los Angeles, Agua Caliente is a great GETAWAY destination!
This will be on the top of my list!

The food at their sports bar 360 was below average at best.
I'm sure my dinner was frozen Tyson chicken tenders.
And they supposedly have a resort pool???
I have a better pool in my backyard.
It took two service calls and 40 minutes to get a drink while playing at the casino.
Most of the slot machines are old and there's a very limited selection of slot machines.
If you like table games, those weren't available either as they only had 2 blackjack tables open.
The casino was dreary and dull.
It was so miserable I had to come back to my room.
I'd actually rather drive back to San Diego than stay the night here.
Terrible vacation all around and we'll never be coming back.
